Our goal is to ensure those doors are open to all.

Our Services

Our comprehensive evaluations are used to identify the root causes of challenging behavior, including direct observation, data analysis, and interviews with caregivers and educators. We employ targeted teaching strategies to promote communication, social interaction, self-help, emotional regulation, and academic readiness using structured and naturalistic techniques.

Our one-on-one therapy sessions are designed to meet the unique learning style and developmental needs of each child. Rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), our sessions focus on teaching meaningful skills in the areas of communication, daily living, social interaction, and behavior regulation.

Our executive functioning program is designed for students who struggle with organization, planning, impulse control, emotional regulation, and flexible thinking. Using evidence-based strategies, we coach children and teens on skills such as managing time, prioritizing tasks, starting and completing homework, regulating big emotions, and developing routines.

We believe you are the expert of your child. Our one-on-one coaching sessions offer practical tools, strategies, and emotional support grounded in ABA. We help caregivers understand behavior, strengthen communication, promote independence, and manage everyday challenges through a compassionate, functional approach.

We partner with schools to support student success through collaborative, classroom-based strategies. We recognize and value the expertise that teachers bring to their classrooms. Our BCBAs work alongside educators to develop practical, tailored approaches that support both individual student needs and overall classroom dynamics.
Our Team

Monica Ramirez-Fentress BCBA; LBA; NY, NV
My journey into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began in the fifth grade, when I volunteered in my younger brother’s self-contained preschool class following his autism diagnosis. While our family did our best to support him, his teacher, Mrs. Valerie, connected with him in ways we couldn’t. She helped him play, follow directions, and become more independent with calm, consistent support. I didn’t yet understand what she was doing, but I knew I wanted to learn how. That early curiosity led me to begin working with children and families in home-based settings, where I quickly saw that the meaningful progress I had once thought of as “magic” was grounded in behavioral science. As I continued to grow in the field, I pursued formal training, earned a Master’s in Special Education, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. For more than 17 years, I have supported individuals with autism, ADHD, developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and executive functioning needs. I have worked across home, school, clinic, and community settings, providing 1:1 ABA therapy, conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, training caregivers, and collaborating with teams to promote meaningful and lasting change.I am also bilingual in Spanish and experienced in using a variety of communication systems, including visual supports, speech devices, and picture exchange, to help each learner connect and succeed. What began as a question in a preschool classroom has become a lifelong commitment to making ABA meaningful, effective, and accessible to all.
